To return a product:

1. Download a copy of our returns form. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FORM
2. Print out the form and fill it out
3. Include the returns form in the package along with the product(s). Outer packaging must be marked clearly with your order number and should be sufficient to prevent damage to shoe boxes during return transport.
4. Post the package to:

6. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your card.

If you are familiar with the product, we would always recommend ordering directly in your Capezio US size.

Please note that despite our best efforts, we can’t always guarantee a perfect fit when converting from European or UK sizes.
